Recycling skips

The recycling skips can be found in front of the Nursery School (The Leisure Centre). Please use them and keep the area around them tidy, free from litter and broken glass.

There also a charity clothing bank for unwanted clothes and shoes.

Kerbside recycling

Kerbside recycling is now operational in Killearn. Please make sure you place your wheelie bin and recycling box at the kerbside by 7:00am on the day that, they are emptied.

Larger items that don’t fit in the wheelie bins can be taken to Household and Green Waste Skips in Balfron. Which are open Monday to Friday between 5:00pm and 8:00pm, Saturday between 10:00am and 2:00pm. They are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
