Killearn former athletics chief talks sport after being given MBE honour

Ian Beattie has been involved with athletics in both a competitive and voluntary environment.

An athletics and business chief who lives in Killearn talked sport with the Princess Royal as she presented him with his MBE.

Ian Beattie, the chief operating officer of leading Scottish legal firm Lindsays, was awarded the honour for services to athletics.
